Registration fee
For foreign participants the registration fee is 200 EUR (20% VAT included). The fee includes Proceedings, cocktail party, refreshments during breaks, transfer to Vransko and back.
The speakers at the Symposium are also requested to pay the registration fee.
Payment for foreign participants must be made prior to the Symposium by bank transfer to Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. Ljubljana, Account name: Elektrotehniška zveza Slovenije, Account number:

Please fill in the enclosed Registration Form and send it to the address of Elektrotehniška zveza Slovenije.

Symposium documentation and badges
The Symposium documentation and badges will be available at the Registration desk in the hall B of Gospodarsko razstavišče Ljubljana, Dunajska 18 against the proof of payment of the registration fee.

Programme changes
It is sometimes necessary to change the programme. The symposium organizers will not be liable for any unavoidable programme changes.

Data protection
The personal information provided by you, will be held on database and may be available to other symposium participants. If you don‘t wish this, please write to the organizer.

Language
Contributions that will be published in the Proceedings should be written in English. Presentations, however can be carried out either in English or in one of the languages of former Yugoslavia.
