Registration fee
The registration fee for the Symposium with WAT included is 300 EUR. The fee includes one copy of the Proceedings, refreshments during breaks, lunches, symposium party. Registration fee does not include accommodation. Additional Symposium Proceedings 50
EUR.
The speakers at the Symposium are also requested to pay the registration fee.
Registration is considered final if not cancelled one week before the beginning of the Symposium.

Symposium documentation and badgets
The Symposium documentation and badges will be available at the Registration desk in the hall B of Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, Ljubljana Dunajska 18 against the proof of payment of the registration fee.
Program changes
It is sometimes necessary to change the program. The symposium organizers will be liable for any unavoidable program changes.

Official language of the Symposium is English

The personal information provided by you, will be held on database and may be available to other symposium participants. If you don‘t wish this, please write to the organizer.

Parking lot is available in the area of Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre.
